Nope. :)

Here's the difference between AGI and SCI:

Big difference audio wise, too. The AGI has the Tandy 3-voice +noise channel sound or the single voice PC speaker. The SCI has full AdLib and, most importantly, MT-32 support. It is an historically important game to Sierra. It was the first SCI game, was a big step forward graphically and was the beginning of music becoming a huge deal with Sierra games.

These images from the SCI Studio Help File further demonstrate the differences graphically.

Ooh, that's pretty cool. Is there any difference in the box art for the releases, or is there no way to tell other than seeing the disks?

You know it's also pretty awesome to compare the AGI to SCI and realize just how awesome AGI was in itself. Of course you can tell the differences between the two, but for what it is, AGI was pretty kick butt-- or rather what the game designers could DO with it I suppose is even more testament.

The AGI will have 256K on the requirements and not the SCI 512K. AGI has three 3.5" disks to SCI's 4. Keep in mind that the SCI is far more common.

I agree. I actually think the faces look better in AGI than they do in SCI in DPX's examples.

SCI also had mouse support. And when you type a text box window pops up, unlike AGI where it shows up at the bottom of the screen and doesn't impede gameplay (unless you're playing with a Hercules Monochrome driver, in which case a text box window DOES pop up). The differences graphically are the key to winning EGA Sierra "Where Do I Belong" games more easily ;). AGI graphics are SCI0 graphics are 320x200 square pixels and AGI graphics are 160x200 pixels stretched to 320x200 resolution. so the pixels are double-wide.
