King's Quest: From Heir to Mask of Eternity: The long-awaited(?) sequel to Mask of Eternity. Now Alexander must find the fragments and reassemble the Mask. Return to a dour and depressing Kingdom of Daventry, devoid of any wonder or whimsie. The control scheme and character animations from the original also make a return. Also, by popular demad, you will be accompanied by Cedric the Owl!

 No, thank you.

Taking caution a step too far, perhaps?

The title sounds familiar; is it a pun or wordplay of some kind?

The Slack Cauldron. Taran locates the cauldron, but alas! It is a lazy cauldron and can't be bothered helping him. Can he persuade it to do so? Maybe by threatening to melt it down for slag?

Space Quest Into Darkness: The sequel to Space Quest (or remake of Space Quest 2. Take your pick). Roger Wilco screws up a mission because everyone forgot that putting a person with no experience in charge of a space ship was a bad idea. But there's no time for that now! Sludge Vohaul is back and out for revenge! Only his motivations aren't nearly as compelling and instead of two seasoned commanders trying to outwit each other and Moby Dick quotes, we get a fist fight. Only Roger isn't the one doing the fighting because he's dead and only Vohaul's blood can bring him back to life. Why did we remake this again?

Space Quest for Revenge (Maybe). Oh, no - Sludge Vohaul may be dead, but here comes his good-for-nothing sponging brother, Bludge Vohaul! :D Watch out, Roger, or you too will be subsumed by Bludge's overpowering superpower -- i.e. the overwhelming sloth and desire to avoid any work or responsibility -- and end up mooching off everybody! :P

No more quests for Roger. Instead, you will end up having no friends because of your constant sponging. As Bart Simpson would say: "Moochie, moochie!" :P

Police Quest: C.S.I.: S.V.U.: N.C.I.S.: N.K.O.T.B.: Join the adventures of a forensic scientist who investigates sex crimes for the Navy while moonlighting as a singer in a boy band.

Er, I've never seen any of those shows. What do those letters stand for, again? "Crime Scene Investigation", "Special Victims Unit" ... but I don't know the rest. :(

NCIS=Naval Criminal Investigative Service (detectives for the Navy, basically)
NKOTB=New Kids on the Block ('80s boy band, though I think the use of the abbreviation is more recent)

The joke I was making might make a little more sense now:

Police Quest: C.S.I.: S.V.U.: N.C.I.S.: N.K.O.T.B.: Join the adventures of a forensic scientist who investigates sex crimes for the Navy while moonlighting as a singer in a boy band.

Ah, right. I've heard of New Kids on the Block, but it's no wonder I didn't connect NKOTB with them (especially since I think boy bands are a waste of space). :P

Space Quest for Police Glory. Roger, Sonny, and the nameless Hero all fight to be the protagonist (and knock each other out). Then Laura Bow walks in, says "Oh, my!", and proceeds to find out what happened. ;)
