Police Quest 3? I remember making a screenshot from the same view but it was years ago!

There is very very little interactivity in this game at all actually. Very very short.

Closer, but no. That's still more interactive than this "game". Actually, you could say that it's very very short or you could say that it's the longest game ever as it doesn't ever truly end until you quit.

That's 16-colours IIRC and took place on a desert island...no snow-covered houses there.
