Laura's Bow. Oh, dear - it seems someone's stolen Laura's favourite hair-bow! Who could've done such a thing? Laura must set out on the trail of cheap crooks and cheaper dames (both of whom drink cheap hooch and lead her to shady speakeasies, glowering glitterati, and worse!)

King’s Quest: Heir Plane
With the Green Isles ferry once again dry-docked for repairs and the magic map missing on one of the islands, Alexander must test out a remarkable new mechanical bird to travel the lands in search of it.

This is good.

Play off of yours...
King's Quest - Heir Band.
It's King's Graham's 70th Birthday - and Alexander has been asked by his mother to gather a band for the party. Alexander must travel through Daventry and other lands, to gather the right bards to make the perfect band!

King's Quest: Heir Guitar. And as a twist, YOU play as one of the bards ... but you forget your lyre (or better, a band of brigands steal it!), so you have to quest to get your lyre back ... or better, you have to learn a spell to conjure up an insubstantial magical lyre!
And everyone looks at you funny as you play an instrument that isn't really there, but you tell them that it IS there, and they all shake their heads and say "You lyre..."

Side note - just this past weekend ran a D&D session where the party fought a cursed, undead bard - and got his lyre.
And the "liar" joke came up quite a few times.

Ah, but did your PCs play "air lyre"?

Heir Plane II: The Sequel
Alexander really takes to his new mechanical bird and decides to fly it all the way back to Daventry in order to set a new world record. Things hit a snag, however, when he flys into restricted air space surrounding The Realm of the Sun…

Does he fly his mechanical bird too close to the sun, which melts his fuel and causes him to crash?

King's Quest - Air To The Throne.
It's Alexander's birthday, but good ol' daddy still treats him like a kid and got a bouncy house shaped like the royal throne! Only the folks who were supposed to come out and fill it up with air have disappeared! And it looks like this may be an attempt to ruin the birthday! King Graham must venture out and rescue the workers before Alexander comes back and sees the deflated bouncy house!

Ah. Never played KQ8, so I'm not surprised I didn't know about this.

All the while, a really cheesy band plays
"There's No Air In There"?

The Fresh Prince of Bel Heir
In this alternate continuity King’s Quest III, irresponsible Manannan allows Gwydion to hang out with the local bad kids, causing him to grow up a real troublemaker. Come his rescue and return to Daventry, Ghetto Gwydion has a hard time adjusting to life with dignified royals, and must receive some tough love from his mother, father and sister.
Rosella: “Alexander, will you stop mooning me!? I’ve already seen your birthmark!”

But I can't imagine Alexander mooning anyone.
The Fresh Prince of Shapeir. Having beaten "Quest for Glory 2", and been proclaimed Prince of Shapeir by the sultan, the QfG Hero settles down to run a nice fruit-and-veg shop. It quickly becomes very popular, especially after the hero nicknames it "The Fresh Quince of Shapeir".
Everyone in Shapeir comes by to squeeze his strawberries (imported from Spielburg) and admire his melons.

The Fresh Prince of Shapeir later goes out into the desert and slaps a rock.
