Anyone want to search for treasure out here?
I'd do it. But I get wiped out after 10 minutes of yard work. :D

I predict a new Indiana Jones movie about this. hahahah

Sorry to be a skeptic, but if this was buried in 1945 and the authorities knew it was there somewhere, surely they would have searched for it before? ;)

A new Gabriel Knight game about this would be AMAZING. :D

Apparently there are floods in Slovenia, so let's cross our fingers for Rudy!

He marked himself safe on the book of face. Shared some photos.
I'd heard of the floods because of the metal festival being cancelled.

This is interesting, but not cool: Evangelical Christians are now rejecting the teachings of Jesus Christ. (from Newsweek)

Seriously?

Yikes. People can now be divorced and not even know about it, it seems.

This is also, um ... curious?
She made headlines in 2019 after sending a memo to staff banning cardigans in the office. In a new dress code issued last year, she said staff could shun the cufflinks and business suits associated with “bankers and estate agents” and wear electric blue sequined jackets and gold leather trousers to the office instead.
Gold leather trousers and electric blue-sequined jackets. What, and nothing else? Not even underwear? :P

But never mind that. That uniform she has in mind sounds ... interesting? To put it politely.

When Jane Jensen's in the news, you sit up straight and listen.

Neither have I. And it came bundled with Vista and Windows 7? I guess I never really bothered to look.

Interesting that she worked on a puzzle game like this. I've always associated her more with narrative focused games.

I have, played it a lot too because we were a bit short on games for a while.

It has three mini games - a dull cake machine thing where you have to look at a picture of that cake then try to recreate it by pressing all the right buttons within a set time with little margin for error, a concentration game (match 2) with the cards irritatingly switching around halfway through the game, and a Master Mind where you need to figure out the look of the Purble behind the screen, with 5 options for the hair style, eyes, nose, mouth and clothes.

You can play or download Purble Place still. There were a lot of bundled games behind Oberon as well - perhaps too many.

I've also heard of Purble Place. :) I never played it (it was too simple for me; I preferred Chess or Checkers), but I saw it.

I didn't know it was made by Jane, though. That's cool. :)
