Roger Wilco Blogs!

In Space No One Can Hear You Clean, er, Scream. But if you post in this forum about Space Quest - someone's sure to hear you. I think. Try it, anyway!

Roger Wilco Blogs!

Post by MusicallyInspired »

Roger seems to have flown back momentarily from whatever backwater planet he's been hiding at for more than the past decade and posted a little blog.

Ah! The video was... er... interesting... but it's good to know someone out there is making a SQ2VGA!

Yeah... interesting... there's something about the video I can't put my finger on, but hey! Progress! I'd like to know which icon you use to hold your breath in this one.

Good to know we're getting more VGA remakes out of the way. All we need is one more King's Quest, one more Space Quest, 2 Police Quests, 2 Leisure Suit Larries, a Laura Bow, and maybe a Black Cauldron and Gold Rush. Then they can start doing SVGA remakes. Or remake SVGA into VGA.

Two Police Quests? You mean one. Also, you left out Camelot and the Manhunters.

If you are going to bring in the Manhunters, then there are other AGI games, Codename: ICEMAN, Gold Rush! and Black Cauldron, which of course has the Disney copyright factor.

Oh, yeah. I forgot they did PQ1VGA already. Good call on Camelot as well.

With modern FPS graphics engines, the Manhunter series is screaming for a makeover. The other games... maybe. I'd certainly like to see Conquests of Camelot redone, even if it was in VGA.

Codename Iceman is an SCI game, not AGI. And Datadog already mentioned BC and GR.

OF course it is. My mistake. I was just trying to think of other non-VGA games.
