Re: What are you playing now?
One fun thing about Demoncrawl is there are seasonal events, that allow you to farm the ingame currency and lots of extra cosmetic things. These do entice me to crawl more so for the next three weeks I'll have 2 weeks of Halloween event and then 1 Christmas event. And then we countdown to the Christ...

Hi Akril, lovely to see you! What fun drawings! I'm curious to the backstory that got Alexander his metal hand.

Re: Tim Curry
Looks like I'm back into Tim mode (actually I've been in that since I bought his book). This gem just surfaced on his official Insta:

Re: What are you playing now?
I played the original Colossal Cave and found it to be more fun than I had expected. It was included in a tech jargon dictionary as it includes and possibly even originates certain tech terms. For me as non-native it was hellish and I never finished it even with a walkthrough, but I did use Plugh as...

Re: Tim Curry
The idea is you can tell it's him - if you work hard for it. :D I keep forgetting how much of his work pops up now. If you have a bit more time, I can recommend Three Men In A Boat, one of his earlier films. https://youtu.be/u9xvrbfyKGQ 'Course we can't forget the man's biggest hit I Do The Rock . C...

Re: Tim Curry
I loved Duckman as a teenager, way before I started listening to Frank Zappa. Hearing Tim in an interview about his part in it, King Chicken, was what made me a fan of his. In an interview he turns frmo his beautiffuly enunciated soft-voice English accent into a Borscht Belt comic without batting an...

Re: Possible end to SHP, Another Year
Thanks for the link Goatmeal! Say Collector, I'm not sure who your host is, but mine, Godaddy, decided to charge us 129 USD monthly instead of yearly , just because we had an old version of PHP installed for which they claimed they needed additional support. We needed to upgrade or get a 1200@ price...

Re: Tim Curry
The shooting for Stream 2 - Sudden Death is completed, Tim managed to complete all his parts.
In addition, a new version of Barbie & The Nutcracker will be coming to Netflix, both the 2001 original where Tim voice Rat King, as well as the 2026 version where Tim voiced the Rat King's father.

The Guardian made a list of 20 favourite Busby Berkeley choreographies. I've only seen 2 but my life is more complete now.

Re: What are you playing now?
Honestly, I'm not sure if I should do the GK1 remake. GK1 is ingrained in my veins. Though not nearly as much as GK3, which is responsible for me still being here. :) I can confirm that being Dutch is fun. :D (waits for Qbix and Spikey to chime in) --- In GK3, the larger videos, such as at the end o...

Re: What are you playing now?
Absolutely! I just finished GK with 954 out of 965 points, although I was really going for full score. I'm wondering what I missed - but am sure I missed the cat fights between Grace and Madeline on day 3. Playing it again - I installed it, noticed the flickering and immediately set it to Software R...

Aw shame, firing up GK3 again had just given me an appetite! Maybe I'll have another chance in the future.

I'm very pressed for time with a full time job, caring for Dad and a relationship, but I'd be glad to help out financially. Let me know how I can support you.

Re: What are you playing now?
In loving memory to TC and the 2008-2010 period, which I spent being awestruck by GK3 and watching certain films way too many times, I decided to finally install and play it on my current laptop. I can't believe it's been 5 years! I had a difficult time finding the installer, luckily the XP/Vista al...
