OK. I'm really impressed.

I barely played for two hours and this game is good. Really, really good.

So funny, because I didn't immediately warm up to it. Perhaps because early on, I went on the mission to get Jack. Who... I... utterly... hate.

Well,

I find the whole Cerberus plot very interesting, and the Illusive Man fascinating. Seeing Joker alive and then the new Normandy really excited me, and the two new companions I met for now - Jacob and Miranda - are likeable enough, especially Jacob. Of course, I was also excited when I met Tali once again ;)

I love Jacob. He's a great character. Honest from the start. Something you don't really get from anyone else.

The game got increasingly better as I went along.

And the final fight is a blast!

I'm really liking this game!

The first thing you mentioned was the turning point for me to really enjoying the game.

I've recruited...

Zaeed - I don't like him. I already done his quest, and he's loyal, but I still don't like him
Jacob - nice enough guy, even if his story - at least what I know of it by now - doesn't seem that much interesting to me
Miranda - I like her, and I'm intrigued by her personal story
Garrus - awesome! :D
Mordin Solus - I can barely stand the guy, and only because I found the way he speaks pretty funny, actually. Aside from this, he seems to me rather cliched and a bit overdone. His story - recreating the genophage - has potential though
Grunt - Wrex was better. And I didn't even like Wrex that much!

Joker and Dr. Chakwas are obviously the best amongst the non-squad NPC

Oh, I'm about to recruit Jack. I kept her last after what Tawmis said about her, but I don't know. Maybe I'll like her. I doubt it, but who knows? Well, maybe I'll be able to recruit her before going to bed.

Here we go again...I'll be reading the posts here in about two months. ;)

I'd love to get Mass Effect 2, but I want to do a couple more things in DA first and play the expansion.

Heh - that's why we have things behind spoiler tags, my dear! :)

Got Jack. I still have speak with her because, just after acquiring her, the Illusive Man send us to an attacked colony where I met Ashley again! :)

So far, so good

Maia: sometimes, when I look at these pages, alle greyed out, it's almost hilarious

Well if you have Jack and can tolerate Jack... the game only gets better and better. By the end of the game, I was absolutely in love, though I still consider DAO better.

Just recruited Tali! Yay!

Tawmis, is there a point about Zaeed? His mission is pretty lame, he doesn't talk while on the ship, he doesn't bring on any relevant upgrades. Why the heck did BioWare included him? I'm putting this out of spoiler so that everyone can know that this so-called DLC (which basically adds only Zaeed and his mission, as far as I know) seems to me redundant, unnecessary and not particulalry well done.

I know. It is rather funny to look at. :D I look here and I see that you guys are having a brisk discussion about something, but I know I can't look unless I want to be spoiled! Ah well. I guess that's just incentive to get the game sooner. We'll see. Maybe I'll get Mass Effect 2 instead of Awakening and put off Awakening for a while instead.

There is no point in him. He has no additional story. No real dialogue.

His only real use is fire power at the end fight.
