The bright star could be the main character, who ends up on the news. Could also mean the stars on Hollywood strip, another indication of the game's location.

But the fish... I can't think of where fish is anywhere in PQ4.

Only "fish" I can think of is the strip club (and I don't mean it THAT way) - but more so that everything that happens in the strip club is essentially a red herring.

To narrow it down?

Kind of like when I said I am sure I never finished QFGV - but was still doing guesses based off screenshots from resources.

And same with QFGIII - when I grabbed that map - and said is it to the left (or did I say right?) of a specific area - which narrowed it down to the cheetah on the rock area (whatever that was called).

I feel like I mention this every time ye say "I never played, so I can't guess."
