I don't know the non-Quest (or Dynamix) games well. No wonder I'm lost. :(

Are you in Heart of China (a game I know even less about than RotD)?

Hmm ... I think I know the answer! :D Are you William "Blade" Hunter's clothes?

I'm always with you .................................................................................... Yep, his clothes are on the ground in his apartment
But if you should forget me .......................................................................... ... which is easy to do, if you don't know he's not wearing them ...
You'll meet a swift end ............................................................................... Blade will be arrested for indecent exposure if he leaves the house in his underpants :P

Hurrah! :D I never got very far in RotD, but I did see what happens if "Blade" leaves the house with no clothes on. Quite amusing. ;) A swift end, indeed.

All right, I thought of one. Here are the clues:

I don't move much
But if you play this game without me
it won't be as fun
