OK - so now that the band is out.

From here:
https://sierrachest.com/index.php?a=gam ... gh&pid=102

There are 7 pictures in the list.

(We already know you're not the castle because I asked if you were located in Germany)

So from the top photo (grandma's) down to the tomb - those 7 photos...

Are you an even numbered photo (mask - which you shouldn't be since I asked, Moonbeam, or the tracker)?

Not so much in the photo - but the references too.
So for example the Obtaining Tracker has a whole wall of text:

Obtaining a tracker

In the original, Mosely provides Gabriel with the key to his office door. Gabriel then talks a hot dog vendor at Jackson Square into moving his cart in front of the NOPD, taking advantage of the cops leaving their desks to purchase a hot dog, in order to enter Mosely's office unnoticed. He then gets the tracking device from Mosely's drawer.
In the remake, both the street view of the NOPD and a side alley are added as new locations. A car with missing wheel is parked in front of the NOPD. There are also three identically looking girls playing with a rope in front of the building. Gabriel finds a tire iron and a bloodied dead crow behind the car. He gets into Mosely's office by using the building's side alley, forcing Mosely's office window open with the tire iron. The key provided by Mosely is not to unlock his office door but to unlock his desk drawer with the tracking device. A creepy cut scene is added when the police officers, seemingly possessed, stare directly at him through Mosely's window and Gabriel escapes, with the three girls, also possessed, staring after him and petting the dead crow.

So are you a reference to any of the even numbered photo (mask - which you shouldn't be since I asked, Moonbeam, or the tracker)?

OK.

I am broken and battered
Torn and tattered.
Once I was used by everyone
But that all changed, once this had begun.
The words beneath me spell it all out
You will know who or what I am, when you figure that out.
