It looks like hi res (640x480) EGA (16-colour) art. That's very strange....I have no idea. The only thing I can think of that has those graphics is Johnny Castaway. But I don't think it's that.

Yeah but if it was EGA 16 Color wouldn't it be more... pixelated?

No not necessarily. Like I said Johnny Castaway is hi-res and only 16 colours. Technically I guess that's not EGA but Super VGA (which includes 640x480 in 16 colours, but for the sake of not confusing people I refer to EGA as being 16 colours and VGA as being 256 colours and SVGA as being high res 256+ colours).
