I liked Inception... but I am with DPX. I won't own it on DVD or anything. Was good to see once and be entertained. Couldn't see being entertained more than once by it.

Did I just agree with DPX?

Gods, the world is about to end, no doubt.

No. That will happen if DPX calls and says, "Let's watch Lord of the Rings and then play some D&D!"

I didn't know it was possible to not be taken away by Inception. I saw it twice in theaters, bought the Bluray on the first day, and I've watched it at least twice since then.

If I had your phone number, I'd probably do that. Then hang up. ;)

The Matrix has been my favourite movie (slash series) since it came out in 1999. When I saw Inception just a few weeks ago for the first time I had to pass the honour on to a new candidate for the first time in 12 years! That's how good I thought it was. My 12-years-younger self would never would have thought my favourite movie would turn out to be one with Leonardo DiCaprio as the lead!

Mr Hardy is a far bigger name on this side of the pond, especially in his native UK. He's incredible in Bronson. His turn in The Take is also particularly good.

Heh, I loved Inception but yes his screentime in that wasn't much. Still enough to make Eames one of my favourite characters =P

I would never watch this if the Catwoman was played by Halle Berry (as in this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Catwoman_%28film%29 )

Agggh!! The horror!

I didn't went to see Inception.

Mr. Nolan already annoyed me with his previous movies (Insomnia, The Prestige, the two horrible Batmans) and I had no intentions to sit through another Machiavellian slouch with a flimsy plot.

I seriously think that he's the most overrated director ever.

Tim Burton devours him. Almost literally.

Memento remains one of my favourite movies. I almost went to see Inception but it premiered on the day Gran died. Never seen anything else by him. I don't care about any Batman besides the series and the movie with Adam West, seen bits of various movies and thought they were horrible. Superheroes aren't my style (well, except for the Rocky Horror song Superheroes. I like that.)

Sorry. Too much Duckman.

Nolan's definitely my favorite active director. Of all his movies, the only one that didn't completely engross me was Following, but I still thought that it was a fantastically done movie. So ,I guess I have to disagree.

I too liked Memento. Then it went downhill from there, at least in my opinion.

As for Batman, I strongly preferred Burton's vision.

I liked Memento a lot as well, but like Andrea said, it was all downhill from there.

The only thing I've liked from Burton were the first two Batmans he did. And even then, the first one is better than the second. Can't stand anything else the man does. Nolan's Batmans weren't all bad. I'm looking forward to the new one. His movies truly impress me, though, and haven't bored me (I've only seen Memento, his Batmans, and Inception). I think he's a fantastic writer/director.
