It is a wonderful game, the best of the Tex Murphy series in my opinion!

Considering resorting to uncreative means of playing. That cursed GRS centre give me a nervous breakdown.

It's the bulk of Day 4, when you are walking in a twisted small maze with a flying eyeball that will send you to James Earl Jones if you stand around too long. First time I died because I had no idea what was happening, second time I died because I didn't use the "run" feature, then I looked in the game manual to see how to run and made it into the Research room. Was looking around there, heard a voice saying something about security and 5 seconds. Hurried out of the room and on to the hallway, met the eyeball at the intersection, died again, got anxious and tired of it and found a UAKM walkthrough on Youtube.

Yeah, now I remember.

You have to make good use of desks and plants to hide behind them and avoid security. It's a little frustrating, you're right, but I had great fun with it.

Anyway, how awesome is Tex? ;)

Very! 8-)
At day 6 now, decided to skip that nerve wrecking section, watched it on YouTube and continued with day 5. Unfortunately the interface makes search quests (like the arboretum right now a bit nauseating.

Am pleased to say I made it through GRS, and with my dissatisfaction of current walkthroughs I'm making an UAKM companion.

My second-hand store sweep on my birthday was a great success, I found a game called Safecracker (anyone familiar with it out here?), a complete 10 Westwood Studios box (with Dune II, Kyrandia 1, Hand of Fate, Kyrandia 3 and Lands of Lore) and.... tah ta da taah... TOONSTRUCK!! So after UAKM I'll be playing with Professor Plum.

I've been playing the free version of Minecraft. It's odd, but quite fun.

Wow... See what you can do with live action actors if you can just hire someone who can pull it off? Toonstruck's great!

Arkham Asylum. In the adventure area, I'm still stuck on TSL episode 2. Haven't played it in a while, though.

Definitely.

My only complaint is that it uses save points. That's why I downloaded a trainer program, so I can save whenever and wherever I want.
