King's Quest IV: the "hot blond" did it for me

I am glad to see KQIV doing well. If it, or SQ4 win, I will be okay with how this one turns out.

I dig that though SQ4 had superior graphics (as did LSL5 and PQ4) - KQ4, which was still one behind in terms of graphics (since they got the update with KQ5) - that KQ4 still got some votes... and almost had mine. But, in the end, the ... narrator (dear God, whose name escapes me!)... put SQ4 over the top with some of the best dialogue.

This will be the only time in these polls where I'll vote for Space Quest.

This time, in fact, there is no doubt: SQIV is a wonderful little gem, with a gripping story, great humor and even a moving ending.

My vote goes to it!

I was going to go with Police Quest: Open Season, but I decided to go with Space Quest IV, since it's the first VGA game I ever saw. But I thought Open Season was a good return to form for the series. This was the toughest poll for me. Lots of good choices. I probably would've voted Open Season had I known what a lead SQ4 had.
