Apparently, Raleigh is there to do

voice-over recordings for one project, recording a song for another project and video for yet a third!

Could theoretically be Gray Matter 2, but maybe I shouldn't read too much into it Anyway, what a family! The talent there blows my mind (everyone is basically amongst the best at what they do (even though not necessarily widely recognized))...

There's a video of a performance of the Scarlet Furies. Such a great singer, she is.

Seems to be. Too many obstacles would be in the way if it was GABRIEL KNIGHT. Which, if it is GRAY MATTER, I'd be fine with it. I haven't beat the first one yet (barely gotten very far at all to be honest!) - but it definitely has the potential to really develop into much more (just from what I have played). And if you think of it, you could almost put GABRIEL KNIGHT in the place of the character in GRAY MATTER, and it'd feel pretty much like GK4.

I very much agree about the potential for development in Gray Matter. I loved the game and/but the utmost feeling I had after finishing it (and even during playing) was that there's so much potential in it for something amazing. That it's really quite sad if Jane doesn't get the chance to realize that potential. Gray Matter, in the end, feels like an (awesome) introduction to something even much better.

Anyway, GK4 would really be a longshot here. The way the rights are buried so deep it's hard to imagine anything happening about them. Not impossible, but very hard. So, obviously Gray Matter is the more probable of the two. Or it could be something completely different.

And about replacing Sam with Gabe - well, it works indeed to some extent But doesn't work very far of course... Anyway, makes for some interesting interactions

Well, you have to consider the amount of resources Jane had at her disposal with SIERRA back then, vs the small company she did GRAY MATTER with. (Or smaller than Sierra was back then, anyway). I think Sierra gave Jane a lot of room to do what she wanted. So we really got to see Gabe fleshed out. Especially over the course of three games. We only have one game so far for GRAY MATTER. If she was given the leg room (and creative room) to expand on GRAY MATTER, I don't see why it couldn't be just as good as GK.

Oh I have no doubt it would be just as great as GK. I really love Sam as a character. Dr. Styles as well. If not one more installment of GK, I would want more development with Gray Matter.

You know it's serious when there's a timer!



But anyways: ooooooh! I'm starting to very much feel like it's something completely new, instead of a sequel... I just hope it's something as worthy of that timer, instead of a, well, another casual game But with that kind of an anticipatory thingamajig as the timer, I highly doubt it.

Then again, that could be some weird April Fools joke, although the fact that the timer goes well beyond today would make it an awkward one...
