It looks ridiculously familiar. I am just not placing it. I want to say Heart of China (because that's what it looks like to me), but I can't even recall off hand if that's SCI.

Dynamix only used SCI twice. Space Quest 5 and RAMA. Betrayal in Antara was SCI like, but it was not an SCI game.

Hint: the version of this game shown in that picture was not released on the typical platforms for Sierra Adventures.

Correct! Yeah, I knew it was a huge hint, but I couldn't come up with a less revealing one that late at night (or early in the morning, depending on your point of view).
