I'll vote for Boogle as Grace was so nasty in GK2.

well, I've never played Torin's Passage (which sounds like an awkward p0rn movie title to me), so I'll vote for Grace. I've never really liked Grace, but she gets my vote by default.

Hmmm... both have gotten captured at least once, both can be real jerks at times, and both tend to make romantic endeavors awkward for their respective heroes.

However - Boogle can turn into useful objects, knows CPR and can fit in your pocket, while Grace can research anything without search engines or Wikipedia, tends to solve additional mysteries for Gabriel, and is quite easy on the eyes (providing she doesn't catch you on a ladder.) They're both equally useful and accommodating as companions. Although Grace does tend to have the whole "going solo" thing happening. She's not happy being a sidekick, so it wouldn't be fair if I didn't give my vote to Boogle who'll gladly put up with the inner stink of Torin's satchel just to be by his side.

Yup. Voting for Boogle here.

I love GK... and I liked Grace, even in GK2 (why was she nasty in GK2 BBP?...) - but Boogle has to win.

Boogle. Any sidekick who picks up a pile of dragon poo for his game's protagonist just because the protagonist had a hunch it might be useful definitely gets my vote.

Refusing to shake hands with Gerde, being rude when Gerde offers her to stay at Schloss Ritter... Even after they reconcile in Chapter 4 their dialogue still seems to be... well... like they'd rather not talk. Overall she also seems (to me) to be aggressive in her speech intonation. Except for the scenes with cute guys.
It's been months since I played it though...
